Automatic Pairing for iOS Has Arrived

Attention iPhone users: Automatic pairing for iOS is finally here! Gone are the days of pairing and repairing your Ambassador every time you want to start a session. Once your Ambassador is paired to your iPhone or iPad, it will automatically connect to that device as soon as the Ambassador is turned on. Meaning you're seconds away from a conversation without language barriers at any given moment.


To take advantage of this new feature, make sure to update your app to firmware version 23.02 through the Apple App Store.

If you ever want to connect your Ambassador to a different phone, it’s easy. Simply, hold down the (+) volume button for 5 seconds to sever the existing connection. This will “forget” the Ambassador from your bluetooth connections. Now, you’re free to connect your Ambassador to any other smartphone or tablet you’d like!
